hey, that’s me! (she/her) 🏳️⚧️
I’m a game developer, esports organizer, and artist based in Los Angeles and studying Game Design at the University of Southern California.
Currently, I am a Gameplay and Level Designer on an in-development USC MFA Thesis, titled The Guardian. I’ve also served as the teaching assistant for the Game Prototyping course at USC for the past three years, under professor Andrew Nealen.
On campus, I volunteer for USC’s Trojan Esports and serve as the current President for the USC Super Smash Bros. Club. In my free time, I like to freeskate, compete in fighting game tournaments, and read random animal facts (ask me about nudibranchs!)
While I primarily work as a designer, I tend to immerse myself into game design as a jack of all trades, in order to gain a full perspective of every aspect of development which I use to smooth the bumps and hills in the teams I work in. As a designer, I find joy in the deceptively simple. Many of my projects are based around the philosophy that exploring mechanical and emotional depth using straightforward systems is the key to making something anyone can enjoy.
